Moscow: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman and President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation held today a series of official talks at the Kremlin Palace in Moscow, during the Sultan's state visit to the Russian Federation.

Oman News Agency (ONA) stated that the session discussed the march of the advanced relations between the Sultanate of Oman and Russian Federation, as well as their fruitful cooperation and means of promoting the relations in various spheres to serve the joint interests.

The two leaders also exchanged views on a set of issues and global developments.
