Fright Nights 8 at MOTIONGATE™ Dubai

Dubai: The spookiest season returns to MOTIONGATE™ Dubai with Fright Nights 8: Phantasmagoria, where nightmares come alive in a month-long celebration of fear. Under the sinister vision of cursed movie director Evil M. Reel, the park transforms into a twisted film set from October 1 to 31, with every corner brimming with scares and cinematic horror.

Live shows and parades
At the heart of it all is Phantasmagoria at the Hollywood Theatre, a chilling live show hosted by Evil M. Reel himself, blending dance, illusions, and specialty acts. Inspired by the 17th century art of horror storytelling, the show revives eerie old-world techniques with a modern twist, casting shadows, silhouettes, and surreal imagery across the stage to pull you deeper into Reel’s chilling vision.

As night falls, the park erupts with the Fright Nights Parade, where Evil M. Reel and his monstrous cast brings his horror masterpiece to life. Zombies, stunts, and a high-octane dance party turn the streets into a frenzy, the perfect crescendo to a night of fun and adrenaline.

Mazes and interactive experiences
In the heart of Studio Central, ancient myths and legends awaken. The Mummy Maze resurrects a buried curse, leading guests through five dark chambers filled with looming figures and restless spirits, while The Tale of La Llorona turns an ordinary train ride into Mexico’s most chilling legend, where the weeping woman’s cries grows louder with every step.

The SAW Maze drags visitors straight into the twisted world of the notorious film franchise, challenging them to outwit the horrors hidden in its blood-curdling corridors. At Hotel Bistro, Vampire’s Inn lures diners into an unsettling feast where creatures of the night roam.
At Studio Central, The Strangers Interactive Experience recreates the cult classic, pulling guests through eerie rooms stalked by masked intruders who never let their prey feel safe.

Family friendly activities
For little ghouls and goblins, the park softens the scares with playful shows and plenty of laughs. At Studio Central, families can check into a spooky hotel where zombies don’t frighten, they entertain. Check-in Terror brings hotel-themed characters to life in a lively street show packed with audience interaction and chances for children to meet the quirky undead face-to-face.

Just around the corner, the stage lights up for the Bone Yard Boogie, where a Halloween-themed boy band takes over with dance routines, lip-sync performances, and a high-energy singalong that gets the whole family moving. After the show, kids can pose for photos and enjoy a meet-and-greet with the performers.

At Smurf Village Playhouse, kids can join the Smurfs for a Halloween dance, a spooky Smurf tale, and a candy grab with meet-and-greet to follow. Little ones can also hop on a charming train ride through the Smurfs’ adorable village, guided by Papa Smurf, and take in all the delightful sights along the way.

Over at Hotel Transylvania Mania, monsters take the stage for a comedy-filled dance show, ending with more treats and photo ops with favourite characters.

Beyond the scares of the mazes and shows, the iconic parks’ 29+ classic rides become part of the fear factor too. Brave the chaos of Madagascar Mad Pursuit, get catapulted into the undead apocalypse on Zombieland Blast-Off, or the spooky fun of Ghostbusters: Battle for New York.  These fan-favourite rides crank up the adrenaline and keep the scares going all night long.

This October, MOTIONGATE™ Dubai becomes the stage for Halloween’s biggest celebration, packed with eerie mazes, dazzling shows, and unforgettable family fun. Fright Nights 8: Phantasmagoria isn’t just an event; it’s the ultimate Halloween spectacle the region has been waiting for.
