Dubai launches ‘Win Your Home in Dubai’

Dubai: Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), a part of Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), and Dubai Chambers, announce the launch of ‘Win Your Home in Dubai’, a first-of-its-kind citywide initiative that goes beyond retail, positioning Dubai as a place where people can build a life, invest in their future, and feel a sense of belonging.

Bringing together public and private sector partners, the initiative underscores the strength of Dubai’s economic ecosystem, supporting business growth, strengthening the retail sector, and driving consumer confidence, while reinforcing the city’s appeal as a global destination to visit, live, invest, and experience.

Win Your Home in Dubai runs for 12 weeks from 22 May to 30 August 2026, inviting eligible residents and visitors aged 18 and above to participate by spending AED 500 at any of the 1,000+ participating brands across more than 3,500 retail outlets across Dubai.  The campaign spans key retail moments, including Eid Al Adha, 3 Day Super Sale, and Dubai Summer Surprises, allowing shoppers to benefit from seasonal offers and discounts while earning entries into the draw.

The campaign features 12 residential units across Dubai, supplied by Binghatti Developers, the exclusive real estate partner, comprising 11 studio apartments and one two-bedroom apartment, turning retail participation into a tangible, life-changing milestone.
 
Each week, a studio apartment will be given away, with the two-bedroom apartment being the grand prize in the final-week draw. To enter, participants must spend AED 500 at a participating outlet, scan the QR code on official campaign materials at participating locations, and upload their receipt to validate their entry. Each additional eligible spend of AED 500 or more earns an additional entry into the draw. The sooner participants enter, the greater their chances of winning and of remaining eligible for subsequent weekly draws, all the way up to the grand finale. Entries remain valid throughout the 12-week campaign, meaning early participation extends eligibility across all draws, while continued spend increases the number of entries and overall chances of winning.
 
More than 1,000 brands across over 3,500 outlets are taking part in the campaign. This level of brand support reflects Dubai's fully integrated retail ecosystem and offers consumers numerous opportunities to participate.  Such wide-scale activation supports retail sector engagement, enhances footfall across key destinations, and contributes to broader economic activity within the emirate.
