Al Marri Reviews Results and Achievements of Al Faqa\'a Police Station

Dubai: His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, reviewed the results and achievements of Al Faqa'a Police Station as part of the annual inspection programme for general departments and police stations.

The inspection was attended by His Excellency Major General Hareb Mohammed Al Shamsi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Affairs; His Excellency Major General Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, Assistant Commandant for Operations Affairs; His Excellency Major General Eid Mohammed Thani, Assistant Commandant for Criminal Investigation; Brigadier Turki bin Faris, Director of the General Department of Operations; Brigadier Majid Al Suwaidi, Director of the General Department of Police Stations; Brigadier Rashid Saleh Al Shehhi, Deputy Director for Bur Dubai Police Stations; Brigadier Dr. Ibrahim bin Sebaa, Deputy Director of the General Department of Excellence and Pioneering; Brigadier Saeed Hilal Al Khayili, Director of Al Faqa'a Police Station; Brigadier Ahmed Al Muhairi, Director of the Inspection and Control Department; Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Rahim, Head of the Inspection Section; and a number of officers.

The station presented key statistics within its jurisdiction, which covers 7 areas across and serves more than 25,681 people from various nationalities. The jurisdiction includes prominent vital, tourism, and environmental sites, such as Al Qudra Lakes, Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve, Hind City, and the Lisaili area, in addition to government, educational, and health institutions, as well as labour areas. This reinforces the station's role in supporting the security system, raising levels of readiness and field response, and enhancing safety across its areas of jurisdiction.

Al Marri was briefed on the station's workflow, as well as the strategic and operational performance indicators for its various sections. He also reviewed performance results related to criminal and traffic registration, field results achieved by inspection points during 2025, and transactions and services handled by the station during the same period.

Al Faqa'a Police Station presented its key achievements and results, which showed a security coverage rate of 98.9%, a 100% rate in the employee motivation indicator, and 99.7% in job happiness. This reflects the efficiency of institutional performance and the commitment of work teams to applying best police and administrative practices.

During the inspection, statistics on criminal transactions for 2025 were also presented, along with the mechanisms for handling them according to the highest security and professional standards. The station also reviewed developmental initiatives and improvement proposals that have contributed to enhancing work quality and raising field and administrative performance.

H. E. Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri affirmed the importance of continuing to work as one team, enhancing security and operational readiness, and developing the police work system in line with the directions of the wise leadership and Dubai Police's vision for global leadership in security and police services.

At the end of the inspection, Al Marri extended his thanks and appreciation to the officers, non-commissioned officers, personnel, and staff at Al Faqa'a Police Station, commending their sincere efforts in enhancing security and safety. He urged them to continue their excellence and maintain advanced performance levels, contributing to achieving Dubai Police's goals and enhancing quality of life and community security.
