Dubai: Dubai Police has expanded the reach of its flagship Esaad Privilege Card Programme by extending its benefits to property owners and real estate investors in Expo City Dubai, marking another milestone in its strategic partnership with Expo City Dubai Authority.

The expansion follows the signing of an addendum to the existing memorandum of cooperation between the two organisations, reinforcing their shared commitment to enhancing quality of life and delivering added value to Dubai’s investment community.

The addendum was signed on behalf of Dubai Police by Colonel Saleh Mohammad Al Marzouqi, Director of the Esaad Card Centre, while Ahmed Al Khatib, Chief Development and Delivery Officer and Chief Real Estate Officer at Expo City Dubai Authority, signed on behalf of the authority, in the presence of senior officials from both sides.

Under the agreement, property owners and investors in Expo City Dubai will gain access to the Esaad Programme’s extensive range of offers and privileges through a broad network of partners spanning healthcare, education, tourism, entertainment, travel, hotels, restaurants, retail, and commercial businesses across the UAE and more than 95 countries worldwide.

The agreement also strengthens collaboration through the exchange of best practices and expertise, the development of innovative services tailored to owners and investors, and the implementation of joint initiatives designed to enhance customer satisfaction and reinforce institutional integration.

The latest expansion builds on the longstanding cooperation between Dubai Police and Expo City Dubai Authority, supporting Dubai’s vision of stronger institutional partnerships and high-quality services that contribute to community wellbeing and an improved quality of life.
