Dubai: Dubai Police has concluded its participation in the ninth National Service Career Fair 2026 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai, reaffirming its commitment to attracting National and Reserve Service recruits and encouraging them to pursue careers in policing and security.

The Dubai Police stand attracted strong interest from National and Reserve Service recruits, who explored a wide range of career opportunities, specialised policing fields and professional career pathways. Visitors also learned about the training and qualification programmes designed to equip Emirati talent with the knowledge and skills needed to meet the evolving demands of modern policing and security.

Brigadier Rashid Nasser, Director of the General Department of Human Resources, said Dubai Police’s participation reflects its commitment to strengthening its workforce by recruiting National and Reserve Service graduates, recognising the discipline, commitment and operational readiness they develop through the advanced training provided by the National and Reserve Service Authority.
He added that the initiative aligns with Dubai Police’s strategy of investing in national talent, attracting young professionals and preparing a new generation capable of sustaining excellence and leadership in policing while supporting the UAE’s vision of empowering national human capital across all sectors.

Meanwhile, Colonel Hamad bin Dafoos, Director of the Recruitment and Selection Department at the General Department of Human Resources, said Dubai Police equipped its exhibition stand with digital facilities that enabled visitors to apply for vacancies directly through the Smart Recruitment Platform.

He added that the recruitment team provided detailed guidance on the nature of police work, recruitment requirements, application procedures and career opportunities available across Dubai Police, while answering enquiries from prospective applicants and helping them better understand the organisation’s future career pathways.
