Dubai Police Organises Joint Instant Employment Initiative for Emiratis at the New Hatta Majlis

Dubai: Dubai Police General Command, the Community Development Authority (CDA), and the Emirati Human Resources Development Council (EHRDC) are connecting Emirati job seekers with immediate employment opportunities tomorrow, Thursday, at the new Hatta Majlis, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The event is part of the 'Sawaed Al Watan' (Arms of the Nation) initiative, which aims to empower citizens by providing access to distinctive job opportunities and enhancing their integration into the labour market, in line with the Dubai Government's efforts to support economic participation and achieve financial independence for Emirati families.

The initiative will bring together Dubai Police, the Community Development Authority (CDA), and the Emirati Human Resources Development Council (EHRDC) to inform job seekers about employment opportunities, attract national talent, and provide career guidance and counselling, enhancing their readiness for the labour market and supporting Dubai's goals of citizen empowerment and economic participation.

Dubai Police affirmed that the joint employment initiative embodies the spirit of strategic partnership among government entities in unifying efforts and empowering national talent, in line with the wise leadership's vision of investing in people as the fundamental pillar of sustainable development.

Dubai Police further explained that the joint employment initiative is part of specialised efforts aimed at attracting national talent and creating sustainable job opportunities that contribute to building a qualified workforce capable of supporting the journey of development and institutional excellence. They added: "The initiative also provides a supportive environment for job seekers, preparing and guiding them towards opportunities that match their qualifications and capabilities, thereby enhancing their readiness to join the labour market and reinforcing the Dubai Government's objectives of increasing Emiratisation rates, strengthening the economic participation of citizens, and achieving social and financial stability for Emirati families."

The employment day will be preceded by a series of preparatory and guidance workshops aimed at enhancing participants' readiness, developing their job application and interview skills, and increasing their chances of securing suitable employment, thereby contributing to job stability and career sustainability.
