Dubai: As part of its ongoing awareness efforts, the "Your Commitment is Happiness" initiative at Dubai Police, in collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council, the UAE Professional League, and Dubai Media Incorporated, organised a meeting with fans of Al Wasl and Shabab Al Ahli clubs at the Dubai Police Officers Club. The meeting comes ahead of the highly anticipated match between the two teams, scheduled for this Friday at Zabeel Stadium, as part of the third round of the ADNOC Pro League.

The initiative praised the exemplary commitment shown by Al Wasl and Shabab Al Ahli fans in cooperating with organisational and security committees throughout various matches. “This cooperation reflects the nation's civilised vision in hosting world-class sporting events and ensuring the highest standards of safety and security in sports facilities,” they added.

Lieutenant Nabet Sultan Al Ketbi, Coordinator of the "Your Commitment is Happiness" initiative, affirmed that the meeting with Al Wasl and Shabab Al Ahli fans is part of ongoing efforts to maintain open communication with supporters of all clubs. He underscored the importance of fan obligations as outlined in Chapters Four and Five of Federal Law No. 8 of 2014 on the Security of Sports Facilities and Events.

Lt. Al Ketbi urged fans to follow all instructions regarding spectator movement during entry and exit from stadiums, adhere to safety and security procedures, and show their support in a sporting spirit that reflects the distinguished and prestigious standing of sporting events held across the country and the emirate of Dubai.
