Dubai: Dubai Police has honoured Saudi citizen Abdulrazzaq bin Zaal bin Jabr Al Ruwaili for his courage and quick action in saving a man from drowning in Dubai Creek.

Brigadier Dr Hassan Suhail Al Suwaidi, Director of Ports Police Station, presented Al Ruwaili with a certificate of thanks and appreciation in recognition of his bravery, humanitarian response and decisive action during the incident.

A Life Saving Act

Brigadier Dr Al Suwaidi praised Al Ruwaili’s actions, describing his intervention as an example of humanitarian values, community responsibility and the willingness to step forward to protect the lives of others.
