Dubai: Ideal Capital Management Consultants (“Ideal Capital”), a Dubai-based transaction advisory firm, acted as exclusive sell-side transaction adviser to the shareholders of Crown American Private School in connection with the school’s acquisition by OFG Education.
Based in Ajman, Crown American Private School follows an American K-12 curriculum. The acquisition forms part of OFG Education’s international expansion, as previously announced by the group.

Ideal Capital advised the school’s shareholders across the full transaction cycle, from sale readiness and buyer engagement through to completion, supporting them through the various stages of the transaction.

The transaction comes amid growth in Ajman’s private education sector. According to Ajman Statistics Center’s 2025 statistical book, private-school enrolment reached 88,437 students in the 2024–25 academic year, up from 74,673 in the previous year, highlighting the scale of the emirate’s private education market.
