Dubai:  His Excellency Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai), affirmed that the announcement by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, of the Red Carpet project’s victory at the Dubai-it Awards in the Government Projects category reflects the forward-looking vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in establishing a government model that goes beyond keeping pace with change to driving transformation and turning ambitious ideas into exceptional achievements that make people’s lives easier and strengthen Dubai’s global leadership.
