Dubai: The Dubai Police Smart Stations (SPS) have recently won the Best Case Study Award by the University of Chile during their biennial conference that discusses and puts forward working papers in different economic fields, including digital transformation.

According to Captain Khalifa Al Roum, Head of Media and Marketing Team of Smart Police Stations (SPS) Project, Dubai Police’s participation was in response to an invitation they received from the Business Economic School and the “Sistemas & Contabilidad” magazine of the University of Chile. 

“We’re extremely proud that the Dubai Police SPS Project has attracted experts, professionals, and academics from all around the world, as it provides an insight into the future of policing services and products,” he said. 

Capt. Al Roum pointed out that the Project’s success in obtaining this award for ‘promoting a Culture of Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Digital Transformation’ is a testament to Dubai Police’s continuous efforts towards providing smart and convenient services and products that enhance the happiness of the community. 

“The SPS Project has proven successful in providing unmanned services reaching a wide range of customers, and the implementation of best standards and practices in the field of policing and security,” he added.
