Dubai: VOX Cinemas is reminding movie lovers that there are only a few days left to experience the summer season of Snow Cinema before it comes to a close on 01 October. The region’s only cinema in the snow, which is located at Ski Dubai, has proven hugely popular with guests trying to beat the summer heat and has sold more than 10,000 tickets since reopening in May.

Snow Cinema in partnership with Liv is the coolest way to watch movies and allows guests to snuggle up on lounge-style seating and watch the hottest movies on the big screen while surrounded by real snow on the slope of Ski Dubai. Guests can also order their favourite cinema snacks from a wide-ranging menu and have them delivered directly to their seat.

The unique cinematic experience has numerous screenings per day and is currently showing a variety of family-friendly movies such as Adventures of Rufus: The Fantastic Pet and box-office hits including Jungle Cruise, Free Guy and Shangi-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings.

Ticket prices start at AED 100 per person and include a cinema ticket as well as an F&B package consisting of a signature hot chocolate from Mirzam Chocolate Makers and popcorn (salt or caramel). For a more premium experience, guests can also book the VIP chalet, which caters for four people and includes a two-course meal from North 28 Restaurant, a hand warmer, premium gloves, signature hot chocolate from Mirzam Chocolate Makers and popcorn (salt or caramel) for each guest. All guests will also receive rental clothing (jacket and pants), a beanie hat, fleece gloves, socks, boots, a blanket, wireless headphones and a dedicated locker for their personal items will be provided to all guests.
