Hyderabad: As the country prepares to observe National Army Day, a nationwide call has been issued urging citizens to unite with 140 crore Indians to honor the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment of the nation’s soldiers on 15th January.

On the eve of the commemorative day, people across states and communities are being encouraged to pause and offer a heartfelt salute to the brave warriors of the Indian Army. The collective gesture aims to express gratitude for the selfless service rendered by the armed forces in safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty and ensuring peace and security.

Speaking on the occasion, Harikrishna Inturu, Founder and Chairman of I Stand for Warriors, said the initiative seeks to bring together citizens from all walks of life in a unified expression of respect and appreciation for the armed forces. He emphasized that honoring soldiers is not limited to ceremonial events, but is a shared national responsibility.
