Dubai: Colonel Ahmad bin Hudaiba, Director of Al Raffa Police Station, reviewed the progress of customer transactions at the Customer Happiness Section and met with several customers within the station’s jurisdiction.

During the visit, he reaffirmed Dubai Police’s commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused services. He highlighted the importance of direct engagement with the public, noting that listening to feedback, suggestions, and development ideas plays a vital role in enhancing service delivery.

Colonel bin Hudaiba emphasised that Customer Happiness Centres serve as the primary interface between organisations and the public, making them essential to shaping the overall service experience. He noted that Dubai Police continues to prioritise these centres to ensure they align with international service standards, stressing that excellence is a shared responsibility across all levels, from leadership to frontline staff.

He also underscored Dubai Police’s ongoing efforts to provide refined and innovative services that reflect its leading reputation. He pointed to the happiness index available through the official website and smart application, which enables the organisation to monitor customer satisfaction and feedback on a daily basis.

As part of the engagement, Colonel bin Hudaiba briefed customers on the range of community and security services available through police stations, digital platforms, Smart Police Stations (SPS), and the 901 call centre.

He listened to customers’ inquiries and suggestions, taking note of their feedback to support continuous improvement.
