Hyderabad: In a significant step towards strengthening global academic exposure, Telangana State Higher Education Council Chairman Prof. V. Balakista Reddy officially launched the Explore2Expand (E2E) Student Initiative, a structured platform aimed at enabling students, faculty members, and research scholars to access international opportunities and expand their academic and professional horizons.

The initiative is designed to facilitate international internships, academic collaborations, research linkages, and university exchange programs by connecting participants directly with global ecosystems. It seeks to create meaningful pathways for students and academic professionals to gain international exposure, build global networks, and explore career opportunities beyond borders.

Addressing the gathering, Prof.V. Balakista Reddy emphasized the importance of international exposure in today’s competitive academic and professional landscape. He noted that such initiatives play a vital role in enhancing employability, research capabilities, and global competitiveness of students from Telangana.

He further called upon students, faculty members, and research scholars across the state to actively participate in the Explore2Expand initiative and make use of the opportunities being created through international engagement and collaboration.

As part of the initiative, the organizers announced that the first international exploratory program will be conducted in Singapore from May 21 to 24, focusing on global exposure, industry interaction, and understanding international ecosystems. This will be followed by a Taiwan-focused program from July 29 to August 1, centered on semiconductor ecosystems, advanced technology exposure, and industry-academia engagement.

The organizers highlighted that the program will enable participants to engage with global institutions, understand international best practices, and explore structured pathways for academic and career growth. The initiative also aims to support institutions in building international partnerships and exchange programs with universities and organizations across key global destinations.

The Explore2Expand (E2E) initiative aligns with the broader vision of strengthening global linkages in higher education and preparing students for opportunities in an increasingly interconnected world.
