Sharjah, Dubai Public Prosecutions discuss digital transformation

Sharjah: With the aim of strengthening judicial cooperation and exchanging institutional expertise, a delegation from the Public Prosecution of the Emirate of Sharjah visited Dubai Public Prosecution to review best practices and leading experiences in smart systems and institutional development. The visit aimed to support the efficiency of judicial and administrative work and enhance technical integration within the justice system.
Discussions on digital transformation and institutional development
The visit included a coordination meeting during which several topics related to digital transformation, electronic connectivity and the development of technical infrastructure were reviewed. Discussions also covered approved projects and initiatives that have contributed to accelerating judicial procedures and enhancing the efficiency of data exchange, in a way that supports sustainable institutional development and reinforces strategic partnerships between judicial entities.

The Sharjah Public Prosecution delegation was received by Counselor Khalid Al Zarouni, First Advocate General at Bur Dubai Prosecution, and Counselor Mohammed Hassan Abdulrahim, First Advocate General at Deira Prosecution.

The delegation from Sharjah Public Prosecution included Counselor Ali Mohammed Bourashid Al Naqbi, Advocate General and Director of the Technical Audit Department; Counselor Tariq Mohammed Mubarak Al Naqbi, Advocate General and Director of the Inspection and Follow-up Department; Counselor Dr. Salah Mohammed Al Hammadi, Chief Prosecutor and Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department; Counselor Dr. Ahmed Ali Al Khudaim, Chief Prosecutor and Director of the Support Services Department; Counselor Musab Mohammed Abdulrahman Al Kamali, Chief Prosecutor and Director of the International Cooperation Department; and Ms. Amani Musallat, Director of the Government Communication Department.

Commitment to continued cooperation
Both sides stressed the importance of continuing coordination and exchanging expertise and distinguished experiences in support of digital transformation efforts, improving the quality of judicial services and enhancing institutional performance efficiency in line with the latest best practices in judicial and administrative work.
