Dubai: Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Consul General of India in Dubai, joined H.E. Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of Foreign Trade, for the inauguration of Jewel of Joy by Joyalukkas, described as the Middle East’s biggest jewellery destination, at Dubai Gold District.
