Dubai: Brigadier Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi, the Director-General of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police, said the total number of transactions processed through the Dubai Police smart service channels in 2021 had reached 2,227,271. 

Brig. Al Razooqi explained that 1,322,592 of these transactions were processed through Dubai Police's smart app for iOS and Android devices, while a total of 904,679 transactions were done via the force's official website.  

Brig. Al Razooqi reaffirmed Dubai Police's keenness on ensuring the highest levels of community happiness by providing the most innovative smart police services to public members to obtain services efficiently and conveniently around the clock.

Brig. Al Razooqi noted that Dubai Police's official website and smart app are available 24/7 to provide customers with top-notch and fast criminal and community-based services. 

He further explained that the Smart Police Station (SPS), in all of its editions- (SPS), Drive-Thru, Walk-in – is also one of Dubai Police's smart channels available to the members of the public to obtain policing services and complete their transactions around the clock without human intervention. 
It is worth noting that this type of self-service station is supported by smart and interactive technologies. SPS enables customers to complete transactions smoothly without visiting the traditional police stations or waiting in queues. SPS also allows officers, who speak seven different languages, to serve customers effectively through video calls with 27 key services, such as reporting crimes and traffic incidents, and a further 33 community-based services.
