Dubai: As part of its Happiness initiative, employees of Aries Group, the largest multinational consortium in the Middle East, participated in the Dubai run 2022 on 20 November. Now in its sixth year, Dubai Fitness Challenge puts forward a simple goal: complete 30 minutes of activity each day for 30 days.

Mr.Sohan Roy, the founder chairman & CEO of Aries Group, stated, "Aries is proud to be a part of the impressive run organized by the Dubai Government. Interestingly we had declared 2022 – 2023 as a Happiness and Fitness year at Aries as part of our 25th-anniversary celebrations. At Aries, we give priority to our staff's health and fitness. We have incorporated many interesting programs, workshops and challenges to encourage our employees to adopt a healthy lifestyle. We are extremely excited to be a part of this massive program."

With a month-long calendar of free workouts, exciting fitness events and wellness-centric entertainment, there's plenty of inspiration to keep moving. Dubai Fitness Challenge inspires everyone to create a fitness-focused mindset and seek healthy, active lifestyles. As part of the program, Dubai Ride was organized on 6 November and Dubai Run on 20 November.
On this occasion, Mr. Sudheer Badar, Program Director at Aries Group, stated, "Employees are the most precious and expensive asset for any organization. Hence, every business must focus on the health and well-being of its employees and encourage them to keep improving their overall health. At Aries, we established a Happiness Division in 2020 and a gym facility this year to care for our staff's overall well-being."

400+ employees, including their families and children, took part alongside thousands of other participants in the Dubai Run. Special Aries @25 Jerseys for the employee participants were also launched for the occasion. The 4th Dubai run 2022 is being organized as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, an annual celebration of fitness and wellness. The Dubai Run is the world's largest event of its kind due to its many participants. As part of the Dubai Run 2022, the city's superhighway, Sheikh Zayed Road, will be transformed into a giant running track.
The program coordinator exclaims his excitement at Sreenath, saying, "We are extremely delighted to participate in this prestigious run. Interestingly the event coincided with our Year of Happiness and Fitness. We hope to participate in many such events in the future too."
Aries group conducts regular awareness of healthy food habits and special training for its staff. Health check-ups are mandatory for all employees every six months. Mind relaxation methods and physical exercises are also encouraged. The company also organizes regular blood donation camps with the assistance of voluntary organizations.
