Dubai: GMBF Global, a leading business platform for over 500+ business owners and professionals in UAE, Middle East & Africa & the state of Maharashtra in India, hosted its first-ever Suhoor event on April 18th at the Metropolitan Hotel in Dubai. The event was attended by a diverse mix of Arab and Indian business communities to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan.

The event was attended by many GMBF members who gathered to strengthen cultural ties and promote sustainable business growth, professional development, and trade opportunities. GMBF Global has always been dedicated to supporting startups and women entrepreneurs in the region, and their activities include regular networking meetings, learning and development seminars, and mentoring programs.

GMBF has also launched the Global Connect initiative, which aims to introduce GMBF members to trade opportunities and relevant information about one country each month with the support of that country's UAE-based consulate/embassy.

The event was graced by H.E. Major General, Ahmed Al-Mansoori, Mr Juma , Chairman of Almataya group  MR Ahmad Majid Lootah - Managing Director & CEO - Al Hilal Capital, Obaid Bin Jarsh Al Suwaidi, Juma Khalfan , Dubai police , Dr. Sandip Avachat - Scientific astrologer and multifaceted personality was a special guest. 

Sugat Priyadarshi, a talented artist, did a live drawing of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.  Mr. Vasu Shroff was also attended the event to encourage the business community.

The evening concluded on a high note with a networking dinner.‘A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,’ said Laozi, a Chinese philosopher, and GMBF Global's Suhoor event is that first step towards strengthening the cultural and business ties between the UAE and India.
