Sharjah: The Traffic and Patrols, and Vehicle Licensing Departments of the Sharjah Police General Command (SPGC), launched the "Renew Your Vehicle" campaign with the aim of renewing expired vehicles, in order to enhance efforts to achieve traffic safety, in line with the strategic objective of the Ministry of Interior, which aims to make roads safer.
In this context, and as part of “Renew Your Vehicle” campaign, Lt. Col. Abdul Rahman Khater, Head of the Vehicle Licensing Department at SPGC, announced that there are 18 vehicle inspection and renewal centres distributed in the cities of the Emirate of Sharjah.

He told “MAA GULF” that the campaign includes awareness programmes related to vehicles’ renewal and the safety of their drivers, in addition to control programmes through traffic patrols positioned in all regions of the emirate.

Lieutenant Colonel Abdul Rahman Khater confirmed that the renewal centres help customers to renew their vehicles easily.
