Sharjah: The Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA) has received international accreditation for its training and education quality management system (ISO 10015:2019). The certification was officially awarded by LRQA Limited in recognition of SCTDA’s structured and quality-driven approach to managing vocational and tourism training, developing capabilities within the tourism sector, and ensuring that training initiatives align with strategic objectives and measurable performance outcomes.
His Excellency Khalid Jasim Al Midfa, Chairman of SCTDA, commented: “This certification represents a strategic milestone for SCTDA and the tourism sector in the Emirate of Sharjah.
