Abu Dhabi: Big Ticket’s third weekly e-draw for the month of July has awarded four winners from Dominica and India, each receiving AED 25,000. Their stories capture the thrill of possibility that defines Big Ticket, where participants see their dreams begin to take shape.

Maher AlDagher

Originally from Dominica, Maher AlDagher was delighted to discover that his Big Ticket purchase had turned into a winning one. His ticket, number 289-144584, bought in store, secured the win, leaving him overjoyed by the exciting news.

Kajini Mohamed Baharudeen

Kajinimohamed Baharudeen, a 44-year-old from Chennai, India, owns his own business and has been living in Sharjah for the past 24 years with his family. He first heard about Big Ticket several years ago and has been participating individually since 2019.

Talking about the winning moment, Kajinimohamed said he felt happy when he received the call. This marks his first-ever Big Ticket win, with the lucky ticket chosen by his two year old daughter. Although he does not believe in lucky numbers, her selection proved to be the winning one.

Linto Jos Mechery

Linto Jos Mechery, a 56-year-old from Kerala, India, works as a Sales Manager and has been living in the UAE for the past 30 years. He first heard about Big Ticket through friends and social media and has been participating every month as part of a group of 10 people.

Recalling the winning moment, Linto said, "I cannot describe it in any other word apart from super" This marks his first-ever Big Ticket win, with the winning ticket selected by one of his friends, who chose a number starting with 23 because that was his birthday. After years of participating, the win came as a rewarding moment for the group.

As the prize will be shared among the group, Linto says he will decide how best to use his share once the winnings are received. He has already confirmed that he will continue participating in future draws and believes Big Ticket gives many people the opportunity to make their dreams come true. Encouraging others to stay hopeful, he said, "Keep trying, you will definitely win one day."

Ajeesh Ponnappan

Ajeesh Ponnappan, a 57-year-old from Kerala, India, works as a Finance Manager and has been living in the UAE since 2003. He first discovered Big Ticket through its official channels and has been participating on and off from the past few years, consistently taking part every month for the last year and a half as part of a group of five colleagues.

Thinking back to the winning moment, Ajeesh said he was watching television when he noticed a call from Big Ticket. "I felt extremely happy," he shared, adding that he hopes to receive another winning call in the future. This marks his first-ever Big Ticket win, with the lucky ticket chosen because it featured the number seven, a number that holds special significance for him, as July has always been an important month in his life.

As the prize will be shared among the group, Ajeesh plans to use his share towards his daily expenses. He says he will definitely continue participating in future draws and describes Big Ticket as a "life changer."
