Dubai: Consul General of India in Dubai, Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, along with H.E. Dr. Easa Bastaki, President of the University of Dubai, and Mr. Surinder Singh Khandari, Director of Guru Nanak Darbar Gurudwara, Dubai, and other dignitaries, launched the book “Decode Global Wellness” authored by Yogacharya Sanjeev Krishnan.

The book explores wellness as a conscious way of living, emphasising the close connection between health, happiness, ethics and personal fulfilment. It highlights the importance of adopting a holistic approach to well-being that goes beyond physical health to encompass emotional, social and ethical dimensions of life.

The launch brought together distinguished personalities from different fields to mark the release of a book focused on promoting a deeper understanding of wellness and its role in everyday life.

Through its insights, Decode Global Wellness aims to encourage readers to view wellness as a balanced and mindful lifestyle, integrating healthy living, ethical values and a sense of purpose to achieve overall well-being.
