Dubai: Jitender Kumar Singla, an Indian billionaire and the founder of JK Group of Companies, has acquired the prestigious Regal Plaza Hotel in Bur Dubai. After an extensive renovation, the hotel has been rebranded as "Six Seasons Hotels". Recently, Mr. Singla was awarded the Dadasaheb Phalke Icon Award by Films International for the Best Businessman in Dubai in 2023. In light of this achievement, he made the announcement of the hotel's relaunch.

Jitender Kumar Singla has been appointed as the Chairman and Abhishek Tripathi as the Managing Director of Six Seasons Hotels. Six Seasons Hotels is a renowned hotel in Dubai, which includes the popular Rockafellas Club and is conveniently located near the Sharaf DG metro station in Bur Dubai. The opening ceremony of Rockafellas and the Main Kitchen was held in the presence of Jitender Kumar Singla, Chairman of Six Seasons Hotel, Abhishek Tripathi, and their families. The grand pooja of Rockafellas was conducted by His Holiness Shri Bhagavat Acharya Gurudev, Dr Shyam Sundar Parashar Ji Maharaj, Jitender Kumar Singla, Abhishek Tripathi and their families at the Six Seasons Hotel.

Jitender Kumar Singla launched an automobile start-up (Autox Preloved Cars) in 2021. A Shark TanX company was launched by Jitender Kumar Singla in Dubai to provide financial support to start-ups. Jitender Kumar Singla met Zimbabwe President Mnangagwa in 2021 for the development of the Cyber City Project in Zimbabwe.
