Dubai: The Esaad Card Center at Dubai Police has signed three memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, and Bulldozer Group Restaurants during the Arab Travel Market (ATM) 2025, held at the Dubai World Trade Center.

Ms. Mona Al Amiri, Director of the Esaad Card Center, emphasized that these new agreements reflect the center's commitment to expanding its network of strategic partnerships across various key sectors included in the Esaad Program. She noted, "The Arab Travel Market is a remarkable regional and international platform, offering a unique opportunity to strengthen collaborative relationships with leading institutions in their fields. This will enhance the value for Esaad Card holders and enrich the program with exceptional offers and discounts."

Ms. Al Amiri further stated, "We believe in the significance of continuous growth and development within Dubai Police's vision to enhance community happiness. We will keep working with our partners to ensure the best benefits and services for the beneficiaries of the Esaad Program."

Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital 

The MoU was signed by Mr. Abdulrahman Khansaheb, CEO. Under this agreement, Esaad Cardholders will receive a 20% to 40% discount on all services, excluding pharmacy items, medical supplies, packages, and services covered by insurance.

Manipal Academy of Higher Education

Signed by Dr. Sudhindra Shamanna, Academic President, this agreement allows Esaad Card holders to enjoy a 30% discount on tuition fees for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs, subject to additional terms and conditions.

Bulldozer Group Restaurants  

The MoU was signed by Maria Korobko, Group Executive Director & VP of Global Development. Under this agreement, Esaad Cardholders will receive a 20% discount at several restaurants, including Frou Frou, Miya Bistro, Not Only Fish, Tanuki, Virgin Izakaya, La Baia, and Dragon Fly.
