Dubai: After five months of renovation, one of Dubai’s most iconic attractions is ready to dazzle audiences once again. Emaar has confirmed to Khaleej Times that the Dubai Fountain will officially reopen on October 1, 2025, with a renewed promise of being “even more spectacular.”

Located beside The Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, the fountain has captivated millions over the years with its breathtaking choreography of water, light, and music. Since its closure in May, extensive work has been carried out to elevate the show to new heights, ensuring visitors enjoy a more immersive and visually stunning experience.

The ambitious renovation brought together hundreds of engineers, technicians, and designers who worked tirelessly to upgrade the fountain’s mechanical systems, lighting, and sound. Cutting-edge equipment has been installed to deliver smoother water movements, sharper audio, and brighter, more dynamic lighting effects, transforming the performance into an enhanced sensory spectacle.

Beyond the fountain itself, the surrounding promenade has also been revitalized with digital installations along the waterfront, creating vibrant visual displays that complement the main attraction.

When Emaar first announced the closure in February, the developer assured the public that the Dubai Fountain would return with a completely reimagined experience. With its reopening now just days away, Dubai is preparing to welcome back an upgraded version of its world-famous landmark.
