Dubai: Dubai Police, represented by the Positive Spirit Council and the People of Determination Empowerment Council, organized an inclusive interactive workshop titled ‘With Our Touch, We Create Art’. This workshop aimed to empower individuals with determination by engaging them in activities such as flower arranging and eco-friendly candle-making. It created a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere that combined fun, teamwork, and creativity.

As part of a series of annual events, this workshop reflects the commitment of the Positive Spirit Council and the People of Determination Empowerment Council to enhance sensory and motor skills among participants. It provided a supportive learning and recreational environment that encourages positive interactions with peers from various backgrounds. This initiative not only helped build communication skills but also boosted self-confidence and fostered a sense of belonging.

The ‘With Our Touch, We Create Art’ workshop was distinguished by its high level of interactivity, where individuals of determination were seamlessly integrated with other participants. Under the guidance of specialists and professional trainers in handicrafts and sensory arts, attendees showcased remarkable skills in artistic creativity and visual coordination.

Major Abdullah Al Shamsi, Chairperson of the People of Determination Empowerment Council, highlighted the council's dedication to an inclusive and sustainable empowerment strategy through its initiatives and collaborations. “This commitment involves fostering a supportive environment that enables individuals of determination to perform their tasks with confidence and efficiency,” he continued.

Al Shamsi indicated that the council actively engages these individuals in community events and initiatives, striving to implement comprehensive policies that align with Dubai Police's vision of making its institutional environment a model for empowering and enabling individuals of determination to excel at all levels.

Meanwhile, Ms. Fatima Buhajeer, Chairperson of the Positive Spirit Council and Sports Committee Coordinator at the People of Determination Empowerment Council, emphasized that this workshop embodies the Dubai Police's commitment to empowering all segments of society, particularly individuals with determination. The aim is to help them realize their potential and fully integrate into the community through meaningful events that inspire and expand their horizons.

She added, "At the Positive Spirit Council, we are dedicated to organizing inclusive and collaborative initiatives.
