Dubai: Dubai Police has paid tribute to its exceptional field teams whose tireless efforts keep the city safe and secure.

At a ceremony led by Major General Hareb Al Shamsi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Sector Affairs, and attended by Dr Major General Ahmad Zaal Bin Krishan Almuhairi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Financial and Administrative Affairs, officers from across Dubai were honoured for their outstanding work in maintaining order, tackling crime, and strengthening community trust.

Major General Al Shamsi commended the honourees for their dedication and teamwork, describing them as the “true backbone” of Dubai Police. He praised their success in executing well-planned security operations that not only curbed crime but also enhanced the sense of safety among residents and visitors.

Major General Dr Almuhairi also expressed his pride in attending the ceremony, extending his appreciation to the field officers “who stand on the frontlines to protect lives and property.”

He said their achievements are a reflection of the unwavering support of Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai, Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, and the senior leadership team. “Their guidance and investment in our human capital continue to strengthen Dubai Police’s position as a model of safety and innovation,” he added.
