Jeddah: The Ugadi & Eid celebrations organized by the Saudi Arabia Telugu Association (SATA) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia were conducted with great enthusiasm, cultural vibrance, and community spirit.

For Indians living abroad, such occasions serve as a beautiful reminder of our rich traditions and cultural roots. Families, children, and youth came together to celebrate Ugadi in a traditional and joyful manner, creating a warm and memorable atmosphere.

One of the major highlights of the event was the cultural performances that captivated the audience. The musical performances by Gopi, Haroon, Amjad, and recently arrived family from Dubai, Balu and Priya, left the audience spellbound.

The entertainment programs added energy and excitement to the event, while activities reflecting community unity stood out as a true representation of togetherness. Inspirational messages shared during the event uplifted and motivated everyone present.

Speaking on the occasion, Global Telugu Jeddah President Mr. Shoukat Ali (from Anantapur) extended his greetings and emphasized that such celebrations go beyond festivals—they strengthen unity and bring the community closer.

SATA Jeddah President Mr. Amjad Baig (from Warangal) expressed heartfelt gratitude to all organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and participants, stating that their collective efforts made the event a grand success.

Extending Ugadi wishes, Dr. Nagaraju, a prominent Telugu personality in Saudi Arabia Premium Residency, along with his wife Lakshmi, wished everyone good health, happiness, and success in the coming year.

SATA Founder President MalleSan highlighted that such cultural programs play a vital role in strengthening the Telugu community across the country. He also mentioned that Ugadi celebrations are being planned in other cities including Abha, Yanbu, Riyadh, and Dammam.
