Sharjah: Sharjah Police concluded its "Mobile Licensing Services Centre" initiative, organised in Al Hamriyah area in cooperation with Al Hamriyah City Council. The initiative, which also included participation from the Sharjah Driving Institute (SDI), ENOC "Tasjeel", and Al Jaber Optics, is part of SPGC efforts to enhance the quality of community services and facilitate their accessibility to residents in an efficient and convenient manner.
Strong turnout

The initiative, held at Al Hamriyah City Council headquarters and lasting for three days, saw a strong turnout from residents of the area. They benefited from the services offered, which included a 30% discount for those wishing to enroll in driver training programs, vehicle technical inspection services for easy renewal, and eye tests for those wishing to open a traffic file, obtain a driver's license, or renew their license.

Constructive cooperation with strategic partners

Brigadier Dr Jassim bin Hadda, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Operations and Security Support, affirmed that the initiative's success reflects the importance of constructive and fruitful cooperation with strategic partners. He noted that joint efforts with participating entities contributed to providing integrated services that efficiently and effectively meet the needs of community members.

Brigadier Dr Jassim bin Hadda explained that Sharjah Police is committed to continuously strengthening institutional partnerships and developing community initiatives that bring services closer to the public, saving them time and effort. This, in turn, achieves community satisfaction and supports the leadership's vision of enhancing the public services system in accordance with best practices.

Bin Hadda added that the initiative is part of SP strategy to strengthen communication with community members and reach them in various areas by providing innovative and flexible traffic and licensing services that contribute to improving quality of life and enhancing customer satisfaction.
