Sharjah: Sharjah Police organised a dialogue session titled "Tawasul" (Communication) to strengthen internal communication and foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

The session, organised by the Eastern Region Police Department, was attended by Brigadier Dr Waleed Khamis Al Yamahi, Director of the Eastern Region Police Department, and heads of comprehensive police stations.

Participants reviewed a number of development proposals to enhance employee performance, improve operational efficiency and raise the quality of security services, in support of Sharjah Police's strategic objectives.

Brigadier Dr Al Yamahi said that effective communication with employees is a fundamental pillar of developing the policing system, enabling leadership to draw on staff ideas and suggestions and translate them into practical initiatives that improve the workplace and enhance service quality.

He added that such initiatives support Sharjah Police's commitment to excellence, innovation and continuous institutional development.

The session concluded with the recognition of a number of outstanding employees in appreciation of their dedication and exceptional performance, and with encouragement to continue contributing to organisational excellence.
