Dubai: Dubai Police will participate in Ru’ya Careers UAE 2026, taking place from 28 to 30 September at Dubai World Trade Centre, as part of its efforts to attract young Emirati talent and introduce jobseekers to a wide range of career opportunities across policing, security, administrative and technical fields.

The participation reflects Dubai Police’s commitment to supporting national Emiratisation priorities and investing in Emirati human capital by creating promising career pathways that allow young nationals to apply their knowledge, skills and academic specialisations in serving the country and contributing to the future of policing and security.

Brigadier Rashid Nasser, Director of the General Department of Human Resources at Dubai Police, said investing in national talent is a fundamental pillar of Dubai Police’s institutional approach.

He stressed Dubai Police’s commitment to attracting talented young Emiratis and providing them with the training and support needed to build sustainable careers and actively contribute to shaping the future of policing and security.

“Our participation in Ru’ya 2026 provides an opportunity to engage directly with young Emiratis, understand their ambitions and academic specialisations, and introduce them to the working environment at Dubai Police,” Nasser said.

Colonel Hamad bin Dafous, Director of the Selection and Recruitment Department at the General Department of Human Resources, said Dubai Police’s participation provides a direct platform for Emiratis interested in learning more about available career opportunities and professional pathways.

Visitors will be able to speak directly with recruitment specialists about employment requirements and receive answers to their questions, as well as information and guidance on Dubai Police selection and recruitment procedures.

The Dubai Police team will be available throughout the three day exhibition from 10am to 6pm at Zabeel Hall 3 to meet visitors and jobseekers.
The team will provide information about working at Dubai Police and the range of opportunities available across its different sectors and specialisations, helping Emirati candidates explore career paths that match their qualifications, skills and ambitions.
