The tournament will be held from October 3 to 18, 2026, across premier venues in Dubai and Sharjah. After two successful seasons in the United Kingdom, Season 2 alone attracted more than 425 million viewers worldwide, highlighting the growing global popularity of the legends’ league.

For its third season, BNW Developments, one of the UAE’s rapidly expanding luxury real estate developers, has joined the tournament as the title sponsor. The competition will officially be known as the BNW Developments World Championship of Legends (BNW Developments WCL).

The tournament features an impressive line-up of former international cricket stars, including Yuvraj Singh, Shahid Afridi, Mohammad Hafeez, Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers, David Warner, Moeen Ali and Mahmudullah Riyad.

One of the major attractions of the tournament will be the much-anticipated India Champions vs Pakistan Champions clash. The fixture is expected to renew one of cricket’s most intense rivalries, with former stars such as Yuvraj Singh, Shahid Afridi and Mohammad Hafeez returning to the spotlight.

Fans will also have the opportunity to watch some of the game’s most entertaining players, including Chris Gayle with his trademark six-hitting ability and AB de Villiers with his innovative batting style.

Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, said the players participating in the tournament represent values such as resilience, precision and high-level performance.

Ajay Devgn, Co-Owner of the World Championship of Legends, welcomed BNW Developments as the title sponsor and said the partnership would help deliver an exciting tournament for cricket fans.

In addition to the India-Pakistan encounter, India Champions will compete against teams representing Australia, England, South Africa, the West Indies and Bangladesh during the tournament.

With a line-up featuring legendary players and some of international cricket’s most celebrated rivalries, WCL Season 3 is set to bring a major cricket spectacle to the UAE.
