Dubai: During an inspection visit to Al Rifaa Police Station, Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, the Commander-in-chief of Dubai Police, encouraged staff members to maintain excellence in the delivery and development of services provided to the public, allowing customers to complete their transactions smoothly and easily, as per the organisational excellence standards.

Lt. Gen. Al Marri inspected the readiness of staff as well as services provided including the security coverage provided by the Station in the jurisdiction area. He also praised the Station for the distinguished level and efforts made towards ensuring road safety and delivering awareness lectures, as well as securing tourist attractions and diplomatic missions across the jurisdiction area.  

Lt. Gen. Al Marri also reviewed the workflow and called upon staff members to fulfill their job requirements in a timely and accurate manner, streamline customers’ transactions, and to improve business quality and performance in order to upgrade work standards to the highest levels.
