Dubai: The Board of Directors of DUBAL Holding LLC (DH) has announced the confirmation of Mr Ahmad Hamad Bin Fahad as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from his previously held position as DH Acting CEO.

 

His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Chairman of DUBAL Holding, said that the appointment of Ahmad Hamad bin Fahad as CEO of the company was based on his commendable performance in translating the mission of DUBAL Holding into action and his contribution to advancing the company's interests and success.

 

Mr Bin Fahad commented, “I’m proud of the trust my chairman and other members on the board have placed on me. DUBAL Holding will continue to play an active role in the industrial development of the region through investment in green and sustainable projects in the downstream value chain and other strategic endeavours, and contribute to Dubai Industrial Strategy 2030.”

 

Mr Bin Fahad is an investment professional with over two decades of international investment experience. His expertise covers business development, mergers and acquisitions, JV structures, among other fields. Prior to joining DH, Mr Bin Fahad served as CEO of Istithmar World Ventures; as a Managing Director with Millennium Finance Corporation and as a Chief Investment Officer with Etisalat International Investment.  

 

Mr Bin Fahad is also a Director of OSE Industries LLC, a designated Vice-Chairman of Dubai Waste Management Centre Project and a member of Audit and Risk Committee at Emirates Global Aluminium.
