Dubai: Dubai Shopping Festival’s flagship alternative shopping destination, Etisalat Market OTB, is back and wowing the crowds in its ninth successive edition at its seasonal home at Burj Park, Downtown Dubai.  Indulge in some shopping, food and festive fun, all while supporting Emirati and UAE-based entrepreneurs and discovering unique fashion and flavours from dozens of homegrown brands. 

Visitors are finding inspiration in this year’s theme as Etisalat Market OTB fully embraces Asian pop culture. There’s the chance to enjoy special programming with themed weekends jam-packed with the best acts in music and dance – from K-Pop dance shows to Squid Games inspired activities. And whatever you do, don’t miss BTS Day, a must for all diehard fans. 

For the fashion-lovers, browse the stands and discover some of Korea and Japan’s finest beauty and fashion brands, and take home vintage chunky shoes, throwback street and sportswear, flamboyant patterns and more. And if you’re feeling peckish, there are delicious treats from over 100 homegrown retail brands and 27 food stops, plus a packed line-up of exciting entertainment all day, every day. 

There’s tons to do with friends and family, including new additions for this year - including a Roller Skate Rink and Padel Tennis Court, with competitions on every day and prize giveaways for singles or doubles matches with friends and family. Etisalat Market OTB is the picture-perfect place for sharing on your social channels, with glitch art techniques providing the inspiration behind the decor with a controlled imperfection of textures and patterns. Etisalat Market OTB is also the new home of regional contemporary hip hop on 23 and 24 December, at Dubai Beats. A new addition to the DSF calendar, Dubai Beats offers two nights of live music from underground talent whose star is on the rise. On night one (23 December), catch Bahraini rising star Flipperachi known as Flipp who has opened for rap legend Xzibit perform alongside Abdulaziz Louis, one of the stars on the official FIFA Arab Cup 2021 song.  Also confirmed is Hadi Khamis, who this year released Chana Radeena.  Night two (24 December) of this exclusive DSF concert will see trap music star Wegz whose song Dorak Gai became Egypt's most-streamed song on Spotify in 2020 and fellow Egyptian star Afroto who has been active on the scene since 2016 perform live.
