Dubai: The Dubai Police has recently received a delegation from the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police, who came to review the scientific disciplines, indicators, results, initiatives and projects implemented by the General Department of Forensic Science and Criminology in Dubai Police.

The delegation, led by Brigadier Khamis Rashid Al Kaabi, Director of the Criminal Evidence Department, received a detailed overview of the Department's operations, including its new building and the various scientific disciplines contributing to detecting crime and providing reliable evidence to investigators and the Public Prosecution. They also had the opportunity to tour the Department's sub-departments and sections and learn about the latest technologies and scientific tools used in forensic analysis and criminology.

Brigadier Khaled Taqi Al Sumaiti, Administrative Deputy of the General Department of Forensic Science and Criminology in Dubai Police, emphasized the importance of cooperation and partnership between police agencies at the state level in order to serve the nation and enhance its security and safety.

The delegation also had the opportunity to discuss best practices and exchange ideas on how to improve the forensic analysis process and provide reliable evidence to support police work and the justice system.
