Fujairah: H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, highlighted the importance of sports clubs and establishments to raising the awareness of the youth and fostering their passions in various aspects of life.

He made this statement while visiting the Fujairah Martial Arts Club, where he was briefed about the progress of the club’s “Future Generations” programme.

During the visit, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad affirmed the directives of H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, to focus on sports and cultural programmes, as well as to encourage the youth to invest their talents and enhance their awareness in various sports, helping to build a sustainable national future for the sports sector.

He then honoured the parents of the programme's participants and appreciated their support and crucial role in the programme's success while commending the objectives of the four-week programme, which was launched in July.

He also highlighted its importance in attracting young individuals to invest their time during the summer holidays and benefit from the programme to develop their capabilities and skills.

The visit was attended by Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zayoudi, Director of the Office of the Crown Prince of Fujairah.
