Dubai: The Dubai Police expresses its heartfelt greetings to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, to  His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and to members of the Supreme Council of the Union, the rulers of the Emirates, as well as to the people of the UAE, on the occasion of the 52nd Union Day.

In a celebratory statement, His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, stated, “Today we celebrate with pride and esteem a long journey filled with qualitative and exceptional achievements, decades of development, prosperity, and upliftment.”

“Fifty-two years have passed since the establishment of the Union, which united visions, goals, and aspirations and embodied the values of tolerance, generosity, and solidarity between the leadership and the people,” “The achievements have been comprehensive and sustainable across all sectors, founded on solid pillars, wise policies, and prudent visions, earning the nation its distinguished standing and leading reputation around the world," Al Marri said. 

Al Marri continued asserting that the journey of the Union carries on in the same vein as the founders, which was initiated by the father, leader, and thinker, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and was consolidated by Late Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to build a modern state with a safe and stable society. 

“His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the exceptional leader, has achieved great proactive accomplishments in the state's history, enhancing peace and security in the region and the world, spreading the concepts of tolerance and peaceful coexistence among religions and societies, and laying the foundations for a global humanitarian and charitable work system,” he continued. 

The commander-in-chief of Dubai Police reiterated the force's commitment to renew the pledge of allegiance and belonging to preserve the gains and achievements of the Union State.
