Sharjah: Major General Saif Mohammad Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of the Sharjah Police, chaired the annual meeting dedicated to discussing the outcomes of the Happiness Harvest. This event, organised by the Strategy and Performance Development Department with representation from the Happiness Department, took place in the Sustainability Hall. The meeting saw the presence of Brigadier Ibrahim Musabeh Al Ajil, Deputy Director General of Police Operations in Sharjah Police, and Brigadier Dr. Ali Ahmed Abu Alzoud, Deputy Director-General of Central Operations, alongside department directors and officers.
The session delved into the contemporary happiness strategy within the General Command of Sharjah Police, ensuring alignment with the Ministry of Interior's strategy. Topics covered included the local secret shopper project, highlighting the positive results achieved by leadership centres. Additionally, the meeting showcased the usage rates of digital channels, standard timing indicators for the customer visit management system, and the successful realisation of the leadership's goals. Results from happiness centres and service centres for contractors, overseen by the Department of Statistics and Community Development, were presented. The meeting also addressed the outcomes of the "Customer Pulse" system, monitored by the Prime Minister's Office.

Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi affirmed Sharjah Police's commitment to developing services for customers with high efficiency and adherence to global best practices. The objective is to enhance the quality of life for community members. He commended the continuous efforts of employees in striving for leadership in service delivery, urging them to persist in this direction and adopt best practices that facilitate and streamline the customer journey, ultimately achieving excellence in the services provided.
