Sharjah: With the cooperation of the Sharjah Police Headquarters, the Sharjah Directorate of Public Works (SDPW) developed a programme to train consultants and analysts.
Over the course of four days, participants took part in a series of interactive workshops designed to present the excellence system and provide them with the theoretical and practical knowledge to conduct their own evaluations and consultations in the area of excellence.

A number of experts and interested parties took part in the programme's interactive workshops, which helped participants better grasp the institutional excellence system and how to use assessment and consultation tools.

The goal of the programme's workshops was to provide participants with the knowledge and skills they needed to implement excellence-focused best practices through engaging activities and productive conversations.

As the project came to a close, the SDPW stressed the significance of ongoing collaboration between different organisations in order to attain peak performance. Such efforts greatly aid evaluators' and consultants' capacity to accomplish their work objectives, as pointed out by the Directorate.
