Dubai: The Positive Spirit Council at Dubai Police has unveiled its foresight vision aimed at enhancing collaboration and launching community projects that are aligned with the Dubai Urban Plan 2040 and support Dubai Police's strategic goals of promoting community happiness and improving security and safety. 

The forward-looking vision, launched in cooperation with the Future Foresight Centre at Dubai Police, was signed by Colonel Dr. Hamdan Al Ghasiah, Director of the Future Foresight Centre, and Ms. Fatima Buhajeer, Chairperson of the Positive Spirit Council, in the presence of the directors of sub-departments, section heads, and council members. 

Al Ghasiah emphasised that the launch of the vision is designed to strengthen cooperation among all security and social sectors.He stated, "This vision provides a comprehensive vision for the future, where the council's role integrates with other departments, police stations, and Initiatives Council to tackle upcoming challenges."

He also noted that the vision prioritizes utilizing modern technology and smart data to enhance community safety.

Meanwhile, Ms. Buhajeer highlighted that the vision serves as a roadmap for the council to achieve its long-term objectives. She pointed out that the council 
aims to promote community cooperation and provide innovative solutions that support societal stability and safety.

Noura Al Bloushi, Head of the Future Plans Section at the Future Foresight Centre, underscored the section's role in shaping the future of security work. She noted that the vision has been designed to align with Dubai's Urban Plan 2040, ensuring seamless integration with future urban strategies.

It's worth mentioning that the Positive Spirit Council was formed under the guidance of His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police to strengthen strategic efforts that enhance community happiness and security through initiatives that reduce negative phenomena and promote positive values.
