Dubai: Brigadier Mubarak Al Ketbi, Director of Hatta Police Station, met with staff during an open session titled “Hour of Transparency,” attended by his deputy, Colonel Ali Obaid Al Bedwawi, heads of departments, and a number of officers.

Brig. Al Ketbi stressed Dubai Police’s commitment to applying best practices that promote happiness in the workplace. He urged department heads and officers to intensify their efforts, engage directly in the field, and maintain open communication with staff, noting that such dialogue fosters job satisfaction and overall happiness.

He praised the significant contributions of Hatta Police Station employees in supporting Dubai Police’s strategic goals and excellence in performance. He also called for continuous encouragement of outstanding staff through recognition and appreciation of their efforts.

Brig. Al Ketbi highlighted Dubai Police’s focus on creating a positive and happy working environment by launching numerous initiatives and valuing distinguished employees. He explained that employee happiness is a top priority, as its positive impact is clearly reflected in productivity, performance quality, stronger workplace relationships, and enhanced creativity and initiative.

During the session, employees shared feedback, suggestions, and queries related to improving workflows, which the Director addressed and instructed to follow up.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Brig. Al Ketbi honoured outstanding employees at Hatta Police Station in recognition of their dedication and achievements, which have contributed to the centre’s objectives.
