Dubai: Dubai Police is participating in the 27th General Conference of the International Council of Museums (ICOM Dubai 2025), the world’s largest global gathering of museum professionals. This event is taking place in Dubai, marking the first time the conference is hosted in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.

Running until November 17, the exhibition features a collection of artifacts that highlight the Dubai Police’s historical journey since its establishment in 1956. The event is themed ‘The Future of Museums in Rapidly Changing Communities’.

Dubai Police indicated that its stand showcases the historical development of the force, key advancements in security, innovation, and modern policing techniques. Visitors can look forward to viewing original artifacts, documents, official uniforms, and equipment from various eras.

Additionally, the stand displays historical documents and photographs that illustrate the transition to an integrated institutional framework, underscoring the importance of excellence in police performance. This display encapsulates the journey from humble beginnings to becoming a world-class police institution that artfully blends heritage, innovation, and a visionary approach to the smart future.
