Dubai: Captain Samaa Abdul Rahim Safar Al Zarouni, Head of the Operational Audit Section (Financial and Administrative) at the Internal Audit Office of Dubai Police, has been honored with the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) 2025 award in the ‘40 Under 40’ category, which recognizes 40 influential leaders under the age of 40. This award is one of the most prestigious accolades in the policing profession.

Captain Al Zarouni received this recognition for her exceptional leadership and innovation, particularly in her role in internal operational auditing. She has proven her ability to excel in policing by becoming the first female officer to lead the Operational Audit Section and has successfully implemented pioneering procedures in internal auditing over the past years.
