Abu Dhabi: His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Frontline Heroes Office,” affirmed that celebrating the International Day for Tolerance reflects one of the most deeply rooted values in the UAE’s approach—an approach that has made tolerance and human coexistence a fundamental basis for building a cohesive society grounded in respect, compassion, and openness to others.

His Excellency said: “The United Arab Emirates follows a unique humanitarian path established by its wise leadership since the era of the founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul. Tolerance and coexistence have become essential pillars of the country’s sustainable development journey and a defining feature of the strength and unity of the Emirati community despite its cultural and human diversity.”

He added that frontline heroes embody the highest values of tolerance and humanity through their daily work, demonstrating unwavering dedication to caring for and serving others without discrimination — making them a true reflection of the principles the UAE proudly shares with the world.

His Excellency emphasized that the “Frontline Heroes Office” is committed to supporting and empowering frontline heroes, and to reinforcing a culture of tolerance, cooperation, and team spirit among them, based on the firm belief that human coexistence is the foundation of societal security and global peace.

He concluded: “Tolerance is not merely a slogan, but a daily practice reflected in our actions on the ground—a national heritage that we must all preserve and pass on to future generations so that our nation remains a global model of human harmony and shared compassion.”
