Dubai: Dubai’s luxury property market has recorded another milestone with the sale of a penthouse at Aman Dubai for AED 422 million, making it the third most expensive apartment sale in the city’s history.

The landmark transaction was completed just three days ago, highlighting the continued strength and momentum of Dubai’s ultra-prime residential sector. Industry experts say the sale reflects the sustained demand from international buyers seeking exclusive, design-focused homes that offer both privacy and a premium lifestyle.
