Dubai: Dubai Police’s Executive Leadership Council reviewed key strategic priorities, organisational performance indicators and plans aimed at enhancing service excellence and sustaining public satisfaction during a meeting chaired by His Excellency Major General Hareb Mohammad Al Shamsi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Affairs.

The meeting, held at the Officers Club, was attended by His Excellency Major General Dr Ahmad Zaal bin Krishan Almuhairi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Financial and Administrative Affairs, assistant commanders in chief, directors of general departments and police stations, senior officers and relevant stakeholders.

At the outset, attendees reviewed decisions from the previous meeting, progress made on their implementation, and ongoing programmes and plans across Dubai Police’s departments and police stations, in addition to the latest administrative developments.

The council also received presentations on the Dubai Government Customer Happiness Study 2025, the analysis of the 2025 Employee Survey results, and Dubai Police’s organisational strategy, providing insights into future priorities and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Concluding the meeting, Major General Al Shamsi stressed the importance of intensifying efforts across all departments and police stations to deliver sustainable, high-quality services to the public. He highlighted the need to address observations and feedback through appropriate solutions that safeguard community rights and uphold Dubai Police’s reputation for excellence.

He noted that the spirit of teamwork across Dubai Police has played a vital role in enhancing security and safety, increasing community happiness and delivering outstanding services. He also commended employees across various sectors for their dedication and emphasised the importance of maintaining direct and continuous communication with staff, listening to their ideas and suggestions, and fostering a work environment that supports institutional performance and development.

Major General Al Shamsi reaffirmed that human capital remains the cornerstone of Dubai Police’s strategic success, stressing that investing in and empowering national talent is a long-standing approach that continues to support the organisation’s pursuit of excellence and leadership.
